Charlie joined Bionic back in 2021 in the Lead Generation Team with a drive to improve our lead acquisition process. Since then, Charlie has worked his way up the ranks showing an eye for team collaboration and problem solving. Charlie is now our Insurance Team Leader in Renewals, where he plays a key role in making our renewal process as easy as possible for our customers, ensuring they get the right cover with professional, helpful service.
