Senior Content Manager
A diverse career path has seen Les move from seaside town tea shop owner to customer champion at MoneySuperMarket. And these two roles that have combined at Bionic where you’ll now find him writing about everything from how to start and run a café to rising energy prices.
Jen has been actively involved in the UK energy market for more than a decade. After moving to England from France working for EDF Energy, she was quickly snapped up by Make It Cheaper, where she has been integral to the success of the business and its transformation into Bionic.
Director of Connectivity
Tom has more than 10 years of experience in the telecoms industry and has headed up our connectivity product vertical since 2019. Prior to Bionic, he spent five years translating customer research and insights into market-leading propositions for Virgin Media across its broadband, phone, TV and mobile products.
Chloe has a passion for reading, writing and anything creative. As a child, she was always eagerly penning stories about pirates and mystical places for her family to read. When she graduated from university, she worked as a reporter for a local newspaper before heading into the marketing world, landing an exciting role as Content Journalist at Bionic.
Chief Customer Officer
Glyn is passionate about building new businesses that make things much easier for customers. He created the very first British Airways website, helped grow the early video calling service Skype, created the mobile network giffgaff, and helped create Meerkat Rewards for Compare the Market.
David has worked in the financial services industry for 15 years, but nearly always as something of an outsider. After starting out as an external consultant working for a range of banks, insurers and the FCA, David moved to build a new insurance business that reinvented pet and travel cover to be clearer, fairer and easier for customers.
