  1. The Promoter of this prize draw is Bionic Financial Services Limited, whose registered office is at Minster Building 21 Mincing Lane, 4th Floor, London, England, EC3R 7AG and whose registered number is 07548195 (“the Promoter”).
  2. This Prize draw is open any participant who enters into an insurance policy arranged by the Promoter within the Promotion period.
  3. The Promotion is open between 1 May 2024 and 30 April 2025.
  4. The Prize draw is not open to employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of this Prize draw.
  5. To enter the Prize draw participants must enter into an insurance contract with the Promoter’s for such insurance services.
  6. The closing date for the Prize draw is 30 April 2025. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
  7. The first Prize draw will be made on or around the 5 August 2025 “The First Prize Draw”. The First Prize Draw will include the promotion participants who entered into an insurance contract with the Promoter between 1 May 2024 and 31 July 2024.
  8. The second Prize draw will be made on or around 5 November 2024 “The Second Prize Draw”. The Second Prize Draw will include the promotion participants who entered into an insurance contract with the Promoter between 1 August 2024 and 31 October 2024.
  9. The third Prize draw will be made on or around 5 February 2025 “The Third Prize Draw”. The Third Prize Draw will include the promotion participants who entered into an insurance contract with the Promoter between 1 November 2024 and 31 January 2025.
  10. The fourth Prize draw will be made on or around 5 May 2025 “The Fourth Prize Draw”. The Fourth Prize Draw will include the promotion participants who entered into an insurance contract with the Promoter between 1 February 2025 and 30 April 2025.
  11. Four winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draws will be performed by a random computer process administered by the Promoter and under the supervision of an independent member of the Promoter’s staff.
  12. The winner will receive a refund of the value of the insurance contract they enter into with the Promoter in accordance with these Terms and Conditions up to a maximum value of £5,000 (“The Prize”).
  13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
  14. The winner will be notified by email 5 days following the drawing. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. If a winner rejects the Prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.
  15. Only customers whose insurance contract becomes effective are eligible to enter into the Prize draw.
  16. The Prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
  17. If the winner decides to add additional insurance and/or any premium to the contract it enters into with the Promoter after such contract becomes effective, the value of the Prize as set out in clause 12 above shall not change regardless of any such amendments/premiums to the existing insurance contract.
  18. The Promoter shall use and take care of any personal data the participants supply to it as described in its Privacy Policy, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, the participants agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of their personal information in order to process and contact them about their Prize Draw entry.
  19. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by participants as a result of entering this Prize draw or accepting the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law.
  20. The prize winner's name may be made available on the Promoter’s website if the Prize winner consents to this.
  21. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries, where required.
  22. Participants in the draw are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  23. By agreeing to participate in this promotion, participants agree that their results from this promotion might be used for the purpose of sending them marketing materials by the Promoter and/or its group companies [1] in the future.
  24. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in respect of these terms and conditions.
