Paul Galligan
CEO
Paul joined Bionic in 2018 and leads our 450+ staff across the group in our mission to build the leading SME services platform, and to earn the lifetime loyalty of British businesses.
Before that he was MD of Compare the Market, the UK’s leading price comparison website.
Rose Clark
Interim CFO
Rose joined Bionic in 2023, and makes sure we run a tight ship financially.
Before that, Rose worked in many different sectors and with businesses at different stages of their growth. Most recently, she was CFO for Jelf Group plc, and Interim CFO at Eleco Plc.
In her spare time, she practises Pilates and Barre and also loves to travel and to hike.
Jennifer Millet
Chief Commercial Officer
Jen joined in 2012, and is responsible for our commercial performance and supplier relationships. Previously Jen worked for French energy company EDF and telco company Bouygues.
Glyn Britton
Chief Customer Officer
Glyn joined Bionic in 2019 and make sure we think about our customers in everything we do. He previously ran a marketing business called Albion.
Andrew Stocks
Chief Product Officer
Andrew joined in 2018 and looks after our websites. He previously worked at MoneySuperMarket and Compare the Market.
James Lomas
Chief Technology Officer
James joined us in 2021 after nearly 10 years at Compare the Market, where he led the technology function through an extended period of high growth.
David Woodfield
Insurance Director
David joined Bionic in 2019 and leads our insurance team. He previously worked at insurance tech startup Bought By Many.
Tom Grange
Head of Connectivity
Tom joined Bionic in 2019 and manages our connectivity (phone and broadband) team. He came to us from Virgin Media.
Kath Harrop

Kath joined in 2023 to lead our people and culture team. Immediately before joining Bionic, she was CPO at Hipgnosis Song Management (a Blackstone portfolio company.
