Where does the data come from?

This edition of the Business Efficiency Index is based on a poll of 2,010 micro, small and medium-sized businesses. The survey, commissioned by Bionic, was conducted by YouGov, the research house. The fieldwork took place between 3rd and 20th September 2019.
