The Promoter of this incentive is Bionic Services Limited, 5th Floor, 9 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2AP (“the Promoter”). The Promoter will offer customers an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card worth £100 as per the terms below (“the Promotion”).
The Promoter will offer the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card to customers who sign a contract with the Promoter for the provision of energy services supplied by a new energy provider which is entered into in accordance with clause 5 below.
The Promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over who arrange a non-domestic energy tariff who are referred to the Promoter by Santander or via the energy hybrid journey (found here: https://santander.bionicpartner.co.uk/ ) from 1^st August 2024 until no later than 31st January 2025. The Promoter jreserves the right to end the Promotion earlier. Contracts arranged outside of this timeframe will not be eligible for the Promotion.
The Promotion is applicable to businesses with a registered address in the UK, excluding Northern Ireland.
The Promotion is only available to customers that switch via the dedicated Santander / Partner customer journey or via the dedicated phoneline (0800 138 9069). For the purposes of this Promotion, “switch” or “switched” means the formation of a contract between a customer and a supplier for the provision of non-domestic energy products arranged via Bionic.
If the switch does not complete with the supplier, customers will not be eligible for the Promotion. A completed switch is when the customer’s energy supply has been switched over to the customer’s new supplier or the customer’s existing supplier has executed a change of tariff. For example, if the customer’s switch is cancelled by the customer themselves, or by the supplier, then the customer will not be eligible for the Promotion.
The Promoter will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of any switches in the Promotion by virtue of any technical failures of its website or otherwise, and whether any such failure is within the control of the Promoter or not.
The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering or to have tampered with the operation of the Promotion or the www.bionic.co.uk website, or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or the terms and conditions of the www.bionic.co.uk website.
This Promotion is managed by the Promoter and fulfilled by Amazon. The Amazon.co.uk Gift Card will be fulfilled direct by Amazon and sent directly to the customer email address associated with the energy contract. This is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no alternative is offered.
In the event of an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card being sent to an incorrect email address due to a customer error, an additional voucher will not be provided.
The Amazon.co.uk Gift Card will be sent to the successful unecustomer within 3 months from the date the contract was arranged subject to the contract going live.
In the event of a contract not going live within 3 months of the date the contract was arranged, the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card will be fulfilled within 3 months from the date the contract goes live.
The Amazon.co.uk Gift Card will be sent only when the energy contract arranged via the Promoter has gone live. If the contract does not go live, customers will not be eligible for the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and cannot be challenged.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material, upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to end or suspend the Promotion, amend these Terms and Conditions, and/or declare the Promotion void.
Entrants’ data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of the Promotion, in line with the Promoter’s privacy policy (https://bionic.co.uk/about-bionic/privacy/).
By entering into this Promotion, customers agree that the Promoter might share their data with the Promoter’s group companies¹ for marketing purposes.

The Promoter would also like the user’s consent to collect data on how the user utilises this site. This helps the Promoter decide which of its products, services and offers may be relevant for the user. It also helps the Promoter tailor and measure how effective its ads are on other websites, social media, apps and devices.”
The Promotion will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
