Bionic.co.uk is an online insurance intermediary and through our website we offer both online and offline comparison services in relation to a number of financial and insurance products and services.
Bionic.co.uk is owned and operated by Bionic Compare Limited (referred to in these terms and conditions as Bionic, we or us), who are registered in England and Wales (Company number 10839922) and our registered address is Northside House Mount Pleasant, Barnet, EN4 9EE.
We are an insurance intermediary authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for insurance mediation activity (Firm Reference Number 794660). You can check this on the Financial Services Register by visiting the FCA’s website http://www.fca.org.uk/register or by contacting the FCA on 0800 111 6768.
We provide a service that enables you to compare a number of online or offline prices for products and services. We do not provide financial or other advice in relation to the products or services compared, nor do we provide a recommendation or endorsement. We will ask you some questions and the results produced will be based on your answers. This will enable you to make an informed decision on which policy or product best suits your need before proceeding to your chosen provider for further information.
Bionic Compare Limited has similar ownership connections to DNA Insurance Services Limited and Rainbow Connected Limited. This has no impact on how Bionic is operated or controlled as the companies are completely separate businesses. Since the success of Bionic is based on impartial comparison for our consumers, we do not favour the DNA or Rainbow brand on any of our services. We list online comparison results based on factors such as price and policy features. For offline comparison results we place you with insurers from our panel of insurance partners whose criteria you match in order to receive a competitive quote.
