What is No Win No Fee?
We at Bionic specialise in providing victims of accidents with an easy and straight forward service for bringing a compensation claim against a responsible third party. What's more we ensure there are no hidden costs to you, the innocent victim, this is typically called No Win No Fee. When you pursue a claim under a No Win No Fee arrangement, if you win your accident claim you will not pay your solicitor a fee. You may be recommended to take out an insurance policy to cover the other side’s costs and disbursements, as these are not protected should you be unsuccessful. You may already have 'pre-paid' for such an insurance policy through a variety of sources and we will advise you about how best to utilise the cover as it is your responsibility to ensure costs are kept to a minimum. If you are successful with your claim, the other side will have to pay any compensation ordered to you, this compensation should be free from any deductions as your solicitor's costs and disbursements should be paid by the responsible party. There are some exceptions to this and our specialist solicitors will explain to you if your claim is likely to fall within one of these categories. What's more the specialist will explain all the details of the No Win No Fee agreement clearly to you before proceeding with the claim. If you would like more information about No Win No Fee, please use the form to contact us, or call us on 0808 1310 247.
