What is a Military Accident?

Just like any other employer, the Ministry of Defence (MOD) is responsible for the safety of its employees. While the MOD cannot be held responsible for injuries occurred during conflict, they can be held responsible for a breach in duty of care if insufficient training or safe supervision is given or if the equipment provided is not safe to use.
